Shifting Your Levels Of Awareness
What if we gave the same level of awareness to the pleasant minor moments throughout our day as we did to the major unpleasant ones that we often get hung up on?
From dawn to dusk I want you to try and be conscious of the moments when you’re feeling perfectly fine, even if they are brief, just observe and feel them.
The moments when you’re feeling low and down are taking more of your attention because they are uncomfortable and you want them to end. But by observing those other peaceful moments you will begin to see that our moods, thoughts, feelings are going to fluctuate throughout the day and it isn’t anything we need to fix or change.
The more aware you are of your natural feelings where nothing is wrong or harming you, the less meaningful the dreadful feelings will affect you. Just consider this.
