Why Your Past May Still Be Present

What if your past is only present because you think it’s still harming you? What if it isn’t? In this moment you’re safe. What would that feel like?

Many of us become consumed with thoughts of what the future holds. For others a painful past is still dictating how they feel about each new day. So much that a wide open future finally feels like a release. No expectations to create pressure in what you will do or who you will be.

Wherever your mind is holding you at the moment remember that Now is neither yesterday or tomorrow. Now is all there really is or ever will be. This may sound abstract. But sit with it today and reflect on your Now without letting your thoughts spend time in the past or future. How will you spend each Now moment?⁠
